FreeCreditSnapshot provides self-directed educational software, credit-report analysis, identity-theft package assistance, dispute-document drafting tools, funding-readiness insights, and organizational workflows. The platform helps users understand information in their own reports and rights they may already have under applicable law.
Self-Directed User Action:
You review, approve, edit, print, file, mail, upload, or submit every document and claim yourself. FreeCreditSnapshot does not act as your agent, representative, attorney, credit repair company, mailing agent, credit counselor, or financial advisor. Any letter, FTC report, bureau dispute, furnisher dispute, complaint, or follow-up action created through the platform is your own action.

No Guarantee:
FreeCreditSnapshot does not guarantee credit score increases, removal or blocking of negative items, identity-theft outcomes, funding approvals, loan offers, prequalification, credit repair results, response timelines, or any specific financial or legal outcome.
Not a Lender:
FreeCreditSnapshot is not a lender, broker, credit bureau, law firm, or financial advisor. Any estimated funding potential or funding-readiness insight is informational only and is not an offer of credit, approval, or guarantee.
No Credit Bureau Affiliation:
FreeCreditSnapshot.com is not affiliated with Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion. References to these bureaus are for report-analysis and consumer-education context only.
User Authorization and Responsibility:
By uploading a credit report or using a document tool, you confirm that the information belongs to you or that you are legally authorized to submit it. You are responsible for verifying all names, account numbers, facts, claims, attachments, addresses, and statements before sending or filing anything.
